UK Real Estate App Dashboards integration
Budget: £10 – £20 GBP
I’m midway through building an online platform for the UK property market and now need expert help to finish the multi-role dashboards and harden the system.
The core objective is to let buyers, sellers, agents and other professionals follow an end-to-end transaction in one place. Each role must have its own dashboard that:
• Shows every milestone relevant to that user, updating in real time so all parties can see progress.
• Hosts secure document management for contracts, searches and proofs.
• Provides rich communication tools: email and WhatsApp notifications plus the in-app messaging option I’ve selected for on-platform chat.
Beyond the build, I need you to stress-test every scenario typical to a UK sale—offers, surveys, chain breaks, completion delays—to be sure no loopholes or data conflicts appear. Where wording on navigation tabs is unclear, rephrase it to action-oriented labels that match UK real-estate terminology.
You’ll work on my existing hosting environment; the domain is live and the codebase is accessible via Git. Deliverables are straightforward: finished role-based dashboards, integrated messaging pipelines, revised tab copy, and a test report confirming all flows pass.
If you have experience with property tech in the UK and can demonstrate solid QA practices, I’d love to hear how you would tackle the remaining work and get us to launch.
