Real Estate
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
Our web service is available at "https://real-estate-ten-red-17.vercel.app"
I’m building a location-focused real-estate portal that allows our network of local agent offices to showcase both residential and commercial properties within a single district (or one chosen state). The public-facing site must load fast on mobile, display rich listing information, and let visitors reach an agent instantly.
Core platform
• Listings: visitors browse or search all active residential and commercial properties, filter by price, type, amenities, and view photo galleries or video tours.
• Lead capture: every listing shows quick-contact buttons that trigger a WhatsApp chat or an immediate phone call, so buyers can talk to the nearest on-ground agent without leaving the page.
• Chatbot: a Gemini-style free-tier chatbot answers basic questions, captures name/phone/email, and hands the lead to our agents when human assistance is needed.
Admin panel (single sign-on)
The back office must let me:
1. Manage users – create, suspend, or edit roles for agents, office managers, and admins.
2. Control property listings – add, bulk-upload, edit, or archive listings and media.
3. Review analytics – dashboards for traffic, enquiries, agent response times, and conversion trends, exportable to CSV/PDF.
4. Track follow-ups – each enquiry is logged, assigned, and moved through custom stages until closed.
Tech & integration notes
• Embed official WhatsApp click-to-chat API plus a tap-to-call feature for mobile phones.
• Host the Gemini-like chatbot on a free tier (Google Generative AI or comparable) with the option to upgrade later.
• Clean, modular code so additional districts or states can be enabled in the future without a redesign.
• Responsive UI; SEO-ready URLs; basic schema markup for property type, address, and price.
Deliverables
– Fully functional website deployed on our domain and staging URL
– Source code repository with README for setup
– Admin credentials and walkthrough video
– Documentation covering API keys, chatbot configuration, and future district scaling
Acceptance criteria
The project is complete when users can: search listings, contact an agent through WhatsApp or phone, receive instant chatbot replies, and the admin can view leads, update listings, and pull analytics—all bug-free on the latest Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
