Random YouTube Video Slider

Job ID: 40017730

Budget: €8 – €30 EUR

I need a lightweight, self-contained slider that can sit on my website and quietly do its job: every 5 seconds it should pick a RANDOM YouTube link from a pool I’ll upload (anywhere between 10 and 50 videos) and start playing it automatically. Each video has its own title and I want that title pulled in and shown elegantly no clutter, just a clean overlay that looks good on desktop and mobile.

The core requirements are simple:
• Autoplay, looping forever, with a fixed 5-second interval before moving on.
• Randomised order on every cycle, so visitors never get the same sequence twice.
• Easy for me to maintain: I’ll drop new YouTube URLs and titles the slider should pick them up without code changes.
• Fully responsive and embeddable on a standard website page—no framework lock-in, just vanilla JavaScript (or a compact library) plus HTML/CSS.

If you can add graceful fallbacks for slow connections and keep external dependencies to a minimum, that’s a big plus. Deliver working code, brief setup instructions, and I’ll handle the rest.
