RFQ Automation Web-Tool Development

We are an India-based trading, importing, and sourcing company specializing in electronic components, consumables, and industrial products. We regularly receive RFQs from our customers for products sourced from manufacturers and distributors across Europe, the USA, the UK, Taiwan, South Korea, Japan, China, and other countries.

We have a database of more than 200 supplier websites, each with its own RFQ submission page or contact form. We are looking to develop a simple yet powerful application or web-based tool that can automate our RFQ process.

Our objective is to upload or enter an RFQ only once, and the system should automatically submit the same RFQ to all relevant supplier websites through their RFQ forms, contact forms, or available RFQ submission links.
