the system should be capable of being logged into via employees and redirected into a specific work section based on job and accesses, such as auto detailers have a system separate from auto techs separate from sales agents separate from management. should include a payment portal powered by stripe for sales associates one system capable of tracking auto inventory and internal alerts on vehicle overdue notices and AI to preform function for internal troubleshooting to assist employees with basic functions such as text to customer follow ups and reminders when approaching end of rental term for vehicles and relay that information to CSA's a clock in and out system to track hours and auto capture work being done by computer based staff and generate reports
it should act as a sort of intranet data service and management system where all function of inner office and operations can take place from vehicle repair logs, part inventory, send a receive maintenance request, detailers should be able to take photos of vehicles and upload and store in system, same as all photos of vehicles prior to acceptance to driver, system should be tailored to be retro fitted and other systems to be brought online as Quest sees fit in order to facilitate operational excellence through ease of use, user friendly, simple and efficient not prone to bugs
