Psychological Counseling Site with Commissions

I am building a responsive website that offers psychological counseling sessions and a safe space for emotional venting. Visitors need an easy way to reserve a session: a short booking form that, once submitted, sends all details to both the selected counselor and the admin by email so the appointment can be confirmed manually. There is no requirement for real-time calendars or live chat right now—email-based scheduling is all that’s needed at launch, but the structure should remain open to future modules such as live chat or a community forum.

A second key element is a built-in commission system. Whenever someone refers a new client and that client completes and pays for a session, the system must record the referral and automatically allocate a predefined commission percentage before releasing the counselor’s payout. An admin dashboard should let me adjust rates, review transactions, and trigger manual overrides if necessary.

To keep everything secure and maintainable, clean code (PHP/Laravel or another mainstream stack), Stripe or PayPal payment integration, SSL, and clear documentation are expected. Deliverables:

• Fully functional, mobile-friendly website deployed on my host
• Email-based appointment workflow tested end-to-end
• Referral tracking and automatic commission payout logic
• Admin panel for counselors, referrals, and payments
• Installation guide and source code comments

The timeline is flexible; quality and robustness take priority over speed.
