Proprietary Trading CRM & Platform
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
I’m building an end-to-end system that lets my prop desk move seamlessly from client onboarding straight into live trade execution. The core of the project is a web-based CRM wired directly to a trading engine, so every click can flow through to an order without leaving the interface.
Key requirements
• Real-time data streaming for all supported markets (WebSocket or equivalent).
• Built-in analytical tools—charting, performance metrics, and risk snapshots—available the moment an order is filled.
• A clean, intuitive UI that stays responsive even when the tape gets fast.
Scope of work
1. Frontend: design and code the client-facing dashboard plus an internal admin panel.
2. Backend: develop secure REST/WebSocket APIs, database schemas for accounts, positions, and executions, and authentication layers.
3. Trading layer: integrate with at least one broker or liquidity venue for low-latency order routing; FIX or comparable protocol preferred.
4. CRM functions: account creation, KYC document storage, role-based permissions, and ticket tracking.
5. Deployment: deliver Dockerised services and CI/CD scripts so I can push quickly from staging to production.
Acceptance will be based on:
• Latency benchmarks for order acknowledgements.
• Accuracy of live P/L and risk calculations.
• UI walkthrough matching the wireframes we’ll finalise together.
