Property Investment WordPress Website Build
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I have all page mock-ups, copy and brand assets ready to go and now need them translated into a clean, professional WordPress site for our property investment and development company.
Scope
• 6 clearly defined pages: Home, About Us, Our Team, Properties, Contact, and a dedicated Downloads page.
• The Downloads page must allow visitors to click once and instantly receive PDF brochures and reports (no other file types needed).
• Styling should align with the brand guidelines I will supply—minimalist, modern and mobile-responsive on all major browsers.
• I will provide the hosting credentials and WordPress installation; you configure the theme, build the page templates, populate initial content and set up an easy way for me to add future PDFs.
• Contact page should include a simple form that routes to our company email.
Deliverables
1. Fully functioning WordPress site matching the approved mock-ups.
2. Tested PDF download functionality.
3. Documentation (or a brief Loom walkthrough) showing how to update text, images and upload new PDFs.
4. One round of post-launch tweaks for any minor fixes I spot within a week of hand-over.
