Property Cleaning Website Build

I want a professional, corporate-looking website that showcases my property cleaning services—rubbish clearances, void property cleans, end-of-tenancy work, communal area care and garden/grounds maintenance—and lets visitors book us instantly.

Core requirements
• Three pages: Home, Services and Contact, each with concise copy and strong calls-to-action.
• Integrated booking system so customers can choose a service, select a time slot and receive an automated confirmation email. I’m happy to use a proven WordPress or SaaS plugin if that speeds things up.
• Photo gallery section (ideally lightbox-style) to display before-and-after shots; I’ll supply high-res images.

Look & feel
Clean layout, corporate typography, subtle colour palette that matches my existing van livery. I prefer minimal animations and fast load times over flashy effects.

Technical notes
• Mobile-first, fully responsive.
• SEO-ready structure with editable meta tags.
• Easy CMS so I can update text, images and availability myself.
• Launch on my existing domain and hosting; provide a short hand-over video or PDF so I know how to manage bookings and content.
