Program Developer for Personal Development Platform

Looking for a Program Developer for Project HEAL (Online Coaching Platform)

I’m looking for a skilled program developer to help build an online coaching platform for Project HEAL — a personal development and optimization program.

We want to create a 4-week, 8-week, and 12-week program structure that can host 15–30 students with 1–2 facilitators, meeting 1 hour per week.

The platform should be visually captivating and engaging so that when clients purchase the program, the look and feel immediately draw them in. We want a clean, modern design that feels elevated and professional.

The program itself must be:

Challenging

Vulnerable + reflective

Community-driven

Centered around habit transformation

Built to help people identify a negative pattern in their life and replace it with a powerful, optimized habit

We will include elements like:

Weekly challenges

Group sharing + accountability

Journaling prompts

Video modules

Facilitator dashboards

Student progress tracking

Community interaction

I have a rough sketch and outline that I can provide — I just need a developer/designer who can bring the entire experience to life and build it into a clean, cohesive digital program.
