Profit-Share Creative Team Recruitment

I’m putting together the core team behind MH.Design, a young studio that will operate on a transparent profit-sharing model. Every new member starts with a short, paid trial so we can be sure our collaboration style fits; once the trial wraps, profits are divided according to the contribution each person makes.

The first seat I need to fill is for Graphic Design, covering everything from brand assets to social media creatives. Alongside that, I’m also opening space for a Marketing brain to shape campaigns and a Web Developer to turn our ideas into a fast, responsive site. If you naturally wear more than one of those hats, even better—the structure is flexible and rewards versatility.

There’s no looming deadline; quality and chemistry matter more than raw speed, so feel free to show work you’re proud of rather than rushing something new. Tool-wise, I live in Figma, Adobe CC, and Notion, and I deploy sites on Webflow or lightweight React stacks—though I’m open to the workflows you’re most productive with.
