Professional Corporate WordPress Site Build

This project covers the full setup of a new WordPress website with a polished, professional-corporate look. I have not settled on a theme yet, so I will rely on your recommendations—whether that ends up being a premium option such as Astra Pro, Divi, or a lightweight block-based theme, I’m open to what best supports long-term scalability and clean code.

Scope of work
• Suggest 2–3 suitable themes, outlining why each suits a corporate brand and how easily they accommodate future expansion.
• Install WordPress on my hosting, apply the chosen theme, and configure a solid baseline of plugins for security (e.g., Wordfence), caching/performance (LiteSpeed or similar), and on-page SEO.
• Customise colours, typography, and layout so the site looks sharp on desktop, tablet, and mobile, keeping visuals restrained and business-focused rather than flashy.
• Build out the core pages (Home, About, Services, Contact) using Elementor, Gutenberg, or the page builder that best fits the selected theme.
• Hand over a concise guide that shows me how to update text and images, plus any custom CSS or child-theme notes.

Acceptance criteria
1. Pages pass Google Mobile-Friendly Test.
2. GTmetrix grade B or better after caching and image optimisation.
3. Clean, intuitive admin area—no redundant plugins left active.
4. Final design aligns with the “professional and corporate” aesthetic discussed above.

Please outline your recommended theme choices in your proposal and include links to a few corporate sites you have built previously so I can gauge design fit.
