Product Verification Page Development

I need a product verification page for my website, bagrugi.com, similar to the GHPU verification page.
Key functionalities:
- Users will enter a Product ID.
- If valid: display product details (Artisan Name, GI Certificate No., Buyer Name, Product Image).
- If invalid: show message “Wrong product ID, please check”.
Requirements:
- Simple frontend form (Product ID input)
- Database lookup & result display
- Bulk data upload via Excel/CSV (with images) through an admin panel
- Clean, modern, and mobile-friendly design
