Procurement Software

I am looking for a web-based procurement solution that I can roll out to a small team of five users right away. The system must let us issue quotations, delivery orders, invoice and purchase orders . Once each document is saved, I need to be able to export it to both Excel and PDF without losing any styling.

Sales tracking is just as important: the platform has to give me both monthly and yearly sales reports at the click of a button so management can see how we are performing without extra spreadsheets. If you already have a mature product that covers these functions and can be licensed with a single one-time payment, that is ideal. I am ready to move quickly and would like to have the system installed, configured for our templates, and live as soon as possible.

Deliverables I expect:
• Deployment of the web app on our server for five named users
• Template setup for quotation, delivery order, invoice and purchase order forms can be edited/change the format
• Working export to Excel and PDF for all documents
• Built-in monthly and yearly sales reports
• Brief hand-over guide or walkthrough so my staff can get started immediately

If your solution is built with familiar stacks such as PHP/Laravel, Node.js, or .NET and uses a standard database like MySQL or SQL Server, all the better, but I am open as long as the result is browser-based and maintenance-friendly. Please tell me what you already have, how quickly you can tailor it to our formats, and how soon we can go live.
