B2B Process Streamlining App Build
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m launching a B2B web application whose single purpose is to streamline several day-to-day processes that currently slow my clients down. The platform will be customer-facing, so every screen has to feel intuitive for non-technical business users while handling the heavy lifting behind the scenes.
Core modules I need you to craft:
• User management — secure onboarding, role-based permissions, profile editing, and audit trails.
• Reporting & analytics — interactive dashboards and exportable reports that pull real-time operational data. Clarity and speed matter more than flashy visuals.
• Payment processing — seamless, PCI-compliant checkout that accepts the usual card rails plus wallets, logs every transaction, and reconciles automatically with the analytics layer.
A clean REST or GraphQL API, modern front-end stack (React, Vue, or similar), and a scalable back-end (Node, Django, Laravel, etc.) will fit well, but I’m open as long as the codebase is well-documented and container-ready for cloud deployment. Think single-source-of-truth database design, JWT or OAuth2 authentication, and automated test coverage that keeps regression risk low.
Acceptance criteria for hand-off:
1. Responsive web app deployed to a staging URL with sample data.
2. Admin credentials so I can verify user roles, run analytics, and execute a test payment end-to-end.
3. Source code in a private repo, full README, and environment setup scripts.
4. Post-deployment support window to fix any critical bugs caught during client onboarding.
