Print Quote Website With Calculator

I run a busy book-printing shop and need to move my manual quoting process online. The plan is a modern, clean website (about 5–7 pages) that lets visitors price their own jobs through an interactive calculator and then send me the spec sheet.
Core calculator requirements
• Cost estimation for multiple print options (size, paper stock, binding, quantity, shipping, etc.)
• Real-time quote generation that updates instantly as selections change
• Secure file upload so a customer can attach artwork or a spec sheet with the enquiry
I’m flexible on the stack—WordPress with a custom plugin, a bespoke PHP/Laravel build, or a React-based front-end connected to Node/Python—whatever delivers speed, reliability, and an admin area where I can adjust prices without touching code. Just make sure the site is mobile-first, SEO friendly, and visually polished.
Deliverables
1. Fully designed and developed website (5–7 pages: Home, About, Services, Calculator, Gallery/Testimonials, Contact)
2. Calculator module integrated into the site and tested for accuracy
3. Admin interface for updating pricing tables and options
4. Deployment to my hosting with SSL plus walk-through or short video so my team can maintain content and pricing
Acceptance criteria
• Quotes recalculate in under one second
• File uploads accept at least PDF, TIFF, and ZIP up to 100 MB
• All pages score 90 + on Google Lighthouse mobile performance
