Primary School Management System

Our primary school needs a streamlined, web-based management system that unifies daily academic and administrative tasks. The build must revolve around three fully integrated modules:

• Student Information System – handle enrollment and registration workflows end-to-end and maintain rich student profiles (personal data, contact details, academic history).
• Attendance Tracking – quick daily roll calls, bulk updates, absence reasons, and printable or exportable reports.
• Grade Book – record assignments, calculate term averages, and publish progress reports internally.

Each module should share a single database so staff can move seamlessly between tasks without duplicate data entry. A clean, child-friendly interface matters because many users have minimal technical background. Although a parent portal is not required for this phase, the architecture should leave room to bolt one on later without major rework.

Core expectations
– Secure role-based access (administrators, teachers, office staff).
– Browser access on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
– CSV / Excel import-export for legacy data and backups.
– Printable reports that match our existing paper formats.
– Clear documentation and walkthrough videos covering setup, daily use, and routine maintenance.

I’ll provide sample spreadsheets, report templates, and the current enrollment forms once development begins. A staging link for iterative testing would be ideal so we can review features as they land and sign them off module by module.

When handing over, deliver the full source code, database schema, and a step-by-step deployment guide.
