1. About Us
We are building a new EdTech platform that connects industry and academia. Our focus is on hackathons, student stories, startup journeys, podcasts, and community learning. We want a premium-looking website that showcases our vision and allows us to demo it to colleges, sponsors, and students.
2. Scope of Work
We need a frontend-only working website (with mock data where required). It should be responsive, visually premium, and aligned with modern web design standards.
The website will include the following pages/sections:
Home Page
Hero banner with our branding.
Quick links to main sections (SharXathon, Startup Stories, Neo Stories, etc).
Startup Stories
Showcase founder journeys (video embeds, product showcases).
Neo Stories
Placement stories of freshers — their struggles, how they cracked jobs.
Neo Projects
Highlight student projects (esp. winners of hackathons).
SharXathon (Hackathons)
Problem statement section (founders/startups can add challenges).
Showcase hackathons we conducted, winners, and links to interviews/podcasts.
WhatsUp Tech
Blog/news section with tech updates.
Embed YouTube Shorts links.
Users can react/comment.
Forum (Community)
A simple discussion space where people can create topics and comment.
Courses/Webinars
Page to list courses and webinars.
Payment link integration (Stripe/PayPal).
RoboSharx
Section for robotics product reviews and news.
Contact / Collaborate
Form for queries:
Invite us for collaboration
Submit startup problem statements
Student hackathon invites
Social Links
Links to YouTube, Instagram, and other social handles.
3. Functional Requirements
Responsive design (desktop + mobile).
YouTube video embedding.
Blog/news section with comments.
Forum/discussion feature.
Payment integration (basic checkout for courses/webinars).
Admin-friendly (we should be able to add/edit content easily).
4. Deliverables
A live deployed site (Bubble/Webflow/WordPress acceptable — frontend only).
Mock/demo data seeded into each section.
Handover of credentials and instructions (README).
Optional: short demo video walkthrough.
5. Design Expectations
Clean, modern, and premium look.
Smooth animations (transitions, hover effects, etc).
Consistent branding, fonts, and colors.
User-friendly navigation.
6. Skills Required
Experience in Bubble.io (preferred) or Webflow/WordPress with plugins.
Strong sense of design and responsiveness.
Ability to embed video, set up payments, and create simple community/forum features.
7. Budget & Timeline
Budget: Open to fair quotes based on experience.
Timeline: Initial version within 2–3 weeks (frontend-only MVP).
