I need an all-rounder who can spend a set number of hours each week guiding our advanced-level learners while still helping me keep real-world projects moving. Training is the heartbeat of this role, so you must be comfortable taking senior developers through deep-dive sessions on modern JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular, structuring back-end workflows in Node.js or Django, and polishing interfaces with truly responsive, UX-first design principles.
Alongside the classes, you will occasionally jump into hands-on work—building out full-stack features, refining graphic assets, or shaping our digital marketing funnels—so learners see techniques applied in production. Everything is remote and on a monthly salary, making it perfect if you are already freelancing and want a stable, part-time commitment.
Typical week
• 6–8 hours of live advanced coaching with screen-sharing and code reviews
• Preparation of concise lesson outlines, sample repos, and follow-up assignments
• Quick iterations on our own site or campaign creatives to demonstrate best practices
• Short performance reports on each cohort’s progress
Acceptance criteria
1. Sessions are delivered on time with recordings and source code uploaded the same day.
2. Assignments include clear objectives, starter files, and grading rubrics.
3. Any development or marketing task you touch must be committed to Git with clean, well-documented code or assets.
