Practice Better Calendar Integration

I need to install an online booking page with a calendar of availability. The first step will be confirming whether my account is correctly activated—right now I’m not actually sure—so you may need to guide me through that initial check or set-up before we touch anything else.
Once the account is sorted, please embed an online calendar on the site and configure the booking page so patients can:
• choose an available slot,
• receive automatic appointment reminders by email and/or SMS.
• install a block if patients are trying to reschedule or cancel past 24 hours
• have a credit card attached to the booking
