AI-Powered Estate WordPress Site

I need a complete WordPress website for a residential estate owners’ association. The public-facing area will introduce the estate and showcase AI-generated sample houses; behind that, a secure members’ zone will let owners manage their plots and connect with each other.

Template & build
I prefer a modern WordPress theme. Please shortlist one that can be customised easily; once I approve it I’ll install it on my server and give you an admin login so you can begin work. Feel free to lean on AI tools for images or demo house renders as long as the final site looks polished and loads quickly.

Core sections
• Front page with estate overview, gallery of AI sample houses and a contact form that routes enquiries to our main email.
• Members’ zone featuring user registration & login, profile management and a searchable membership directory. Owners should also see a private “My Plot” dashboard that displays key data we enter (size, dues status, documents, etc.).
• Interactive estate map: users must be able to zoom, click individual plots for more info, view AI-generated house concepts and request directions within the estate.
• Admin console to send bulk messages (email or in-platform notifications) to all registered members or filtered groups.

Acceptance criteria
1. Site runs on the latest stable WordPress, fully responsive on desktop and mobile.
2. All listed members’ zone functions operate with role-based access controls.
3. Map supports zoom, clickable plots, internal directions and loads in under three seconds on a 4G connection.
4. Bulk-messaging system tested and proven to reach at least one hundred users without error.
5. Placeholder AI house renders supplied in WebP and easily replaceable later.
