Postgres-Powered Intranet Portal

I need a secure, web-based intranet portal built around a PostgreSQL database that lets our teams update on projects and customers in one place. The core objective is project collaboration, so the interface should make it easy for staff to create, track and update contract ongoing work while storing the related documents centrally.

Back-end data should live in Postgres; please design a clean schema that supports user roles, project workspaces and document libraries with room for future features. On the front end, I’m open to modern frameworks—React, or similar—as long as the UX remains intuitive and responsive.

Deliverables
• Full source code (front-end, back-end, database schema)
• Database migration/seed scripts for Postgres
• Installation guide plus minimal user guide
• Demo deployed to a test server

I will be hosting in Linux machine it should be comparable on that.
