Portfolio Website with Video Editing

I need a single, reliable professional who can handle two tasks: first, craft a modern website, and second, video editing for YouTube.

Website scope
Need someone who can develop new websites and also support existing websites. Skill sets like php, python are preferred.

Media preparation
I will supply raw footage alongside finished stills. The clips need trimming, basic color correction, tasteful lower-third titles, and upload and organise in social media platforms

Key deliverables
