I need a single partner who can both build a sleek personal-work portfolio site and then drive traffic to it through smart social media campaigns.

My vision is a modern, responsive portfolio that not only showcases my work but also supports several user roles. Besides the public-facing pages, I want registered users or investors to be able to sign in, real-estate agents / sales executives to have their own access level, and an admin panel for me. A built-in support / communication channel is also required so we can keep all enquiries in one place.
Essential features
• Contact form connected to email and, ideally, a lightweight CRM
• Blog section so I can post updates without touching code
• Image gallery with fast loading and easy back-end management
