I want a clean, modern personal portfolio website built from the ground up and kept in top shape afterward. The first milestone is a polished “About Me” page that presents my biography front and center. While this is the only page I need right now, the codebase and navigation should be ready for future additions such as “Projects” and “Contact” without a full redesign.

You are free to choose the stack—plain HTML / CSS / JavaScript, a lightweight framework like React or Next.js, or even WordPress—so long as the end result is:

• Fully responsive on mobile, tablet, and desktop
• Fast-loading (under three seconds on a 4G connection)
• Easy for me to update text and images without touching source files
• Deployed to my preferred hosting and connected to an analytics solution

After launch, I’d like you to handle routine maintenance: applying security patches, fixing any bugs, and keeping performance numbers healthy. Please include a brief outline of your maintenance workflow and typical turnaround times when you respond.
