Portfolio Website Development

I want to turn my ideas into a real, working personal-professional portfolio site so I can showcase my skills and, at the same time, give you a solid software-development project to prove yours. The focus is web development rather than graphic‐only work, so code quality, structure, and a clean, responsive interface are key.

Here’s what I need:
• A modern, fast-loading single-or multi-page site that highlights an “About Me”, selected projects, tech stack, and an easy-to-use contact form.
• Source code written clearly in a mainstream stack (vanilla HTML/CSS/JS is fine; React, Next.js, Vue, or similar are also welcome if you prefer).
• Responsive behaviour across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• Simple deployment guidance so I can host it on Netlify, Vercel, or my own shared server without hassle.

Acceptance criteria:
1. Pages render without visual errors on Chrome, Firefox, and mobile Safari.
2. Lighthouse performance score above 85.
3. All content is editable in code or a small JSON/config file—no hard-coded text in multiple places.
4. Final hand-off includes zipped source, a brief README, and a live demo link.
