Policy Tracker Development

I'm seeking an experienced web developer to create a comprehensive policy tracker. This tracker should have a professional corporate design with futuristic elements. This tracker needs to be regularly updated (weekly).

Key Features:
- Homepage:
- A timeline representing selected policies across all modules
- Links to 5 modules
- A website overview

- 5 Individual Modules:
1. Clickable map with a database below
- Autoscrolls down to section when clicked
2. Aesthetic chart database
3. Aesthetic chart database
4. Aesthetic chart database
5. Aesthetic chart database

- Chart Details:
- Each chart will have datapoints with about 10 key information points (date, type, keyword tags, etc.)
- 5 of these must be sortable (e.g., by date, by keyword tag)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong web development skills
- Experience in creating interactive maps and databases
- Ability to design professional, corporate-style interfaces as well as futuristic design.
- Knowledge in implementing sortable data points
