Complete Single‑Store, Country‑Wise Point‑Based Voucher, Game & Gift Inventory Web Application (Mobile/Tablet Friendly, Multi‑Language, Full Source Code, Server Deployment & 1‑Year Support)
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Browser‑based internal web application for a single store, where all data belongs only to that store and is not shared with any other stores, while the Admin can view and manage everything. The system must be fully mobile‑friendly and tablet‑friendly, and support country‑wise configuration for UI language and labels, but the entire platform is strictly point‑based only with no currency involved. Core features include role‑based access (Admin, Manager, Employee), a Cash‑In voucher module where the cashier enters an invoice number and total points and the system automatically generates multiple vouchers based on a chosen split value, a reusable Cash‑Out voucher module where vouchers can be redeemed multiple times until their points are fully consumed, a complete Gift Inventory System with stock tracking and real‑time deduction during gift redemption, and a Gift Redemption module that deducts points from Cash‑Out vouchers. The system must also include a Game module where staff can start a game, select a winner, and automatically issue a Cash‑Out voucher as the prize, along with automated daily and monthly PDF/CSV reports, a dashboard showing voucher activity, country‑wise UI settings, gift inventory, redemptions, and game results, and full management tools for countries, languages, users, gifts, and voucher settings. Delivery must include complete source code, installation and hosting on my server, and one year of technical support for bug fixes and minor adjustments. Additionally, any new features or functional requirements discovered during development must be added without questions or extra charges, ensuring a complete, stable, and fully operational system. Developers may propose and include any missing components required for smooth and secure operation.
Important Note: My budget is $100–$150 MAX, and the time frame is 10 days for development plus 5 days for testing. Only bid if you are fully confident you can deliver within this time. Do NOT bid low and increase the price later, and I will not create milestones due to past bad experiences where 4 months were wasted. Please submit only your final, realistic bid within my budget and timeline.
