Platform Fleet CRM & Dashboards

I need a purpose-built CRM for my vehicle-tracking and fleet-management business that runs smoothly in any modern browser and on iOS / Android devices.
The workflow is already mapped out:
• A live Dashboard that shows every new activity the moment it happens.
• A Wall Board where staff can scroll through past activities, complete with time stamp, client name, vehicle number and all related notes.
• Forms to add and edit vehicle details in required format at any time.
• Full device inventory management with complete history, plus SIM management with its own change log.
• Clients Management system.
• Create jobs for technicians and it will popup to them and they can enter the data from mobile and come to main app, then user authenticate data and go in to approved entry, Technician can scan the QR code and data added in system.
• Reports we can export on demand, especially installation-history reports, along with any future vehicle-usage or driver-performance metrics we may decide to add.
Real-time data updates are essential, so whatever stack you choose must support instant sync across web and mobile. I can walk you through our existing app on a call and explain the data structure, user roles and any APIs we already expose for GPS devices.
Deliverables
1. Responsive web app and companion mobile build (native or hybrid) deployed to test environments.
2. Database schema covering vehicles, devices, SIMs, activities and histories.
3. Working dashboards and wall board with real-time refresh.
4. Report module generating at least installation-history, with easy expansion for other report types.
5. Documentation and a brief hand-off session so my in-house team can maintain it.
