Pixel-Perfect PSD to HTML

I’ll supply a layered PSD and need it translated into clean, well-structured HTML and CSS. The finished page must display flawlessly in all modern browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari).

Frameworks are flexible—feel free to work with Bootstrap, Foundation, or your own lightweight setup if that keeps the code lean. If you can add responsive behaviour without ballooning the layout, that’s a plus, but not mandatory.

Please deliver:
• Hand-coded HTML, SCSS/CSS, and any JavaScript used
• Organised assets (optimised images, fonts)
• Commented code so future edits are straightforward

Accuracy to the original design is key: match spacing, colours, and typography exactly. Once I have the final files, I’ll run a quick cross-browser test; if everything looks right, the job is done.
