Pickleball Pop-up Tournament Website Development

Develop a website that runs pop-up pickleball tournaments. Pop-up tournaments are 8 person tournaments that start with a round robin format followed by playoffs and championship round. Championship round winning team and runner-up team get points that roll up into a leader board. The website should allow organizers (people that run pickleball facilities) to create unique pop-up tournaments. Players then signup for a given pop-up tournament that they choose. Results of each match must be recorded and stored in the system. Additionally there should be a global leadership board that pulls in results from all pop-ups. The leadership board is a points based system. If you win a popup the player gets 3 points. If you are a runner up you get 2 points. Leadership board must be secure and data must be backed up. Leadership board will be used by the website owner to determine who wins end of year prize.

So each player get 7 games during round robin. Each player should play against every player only 2 times as part of their seven games.
After the round robin is complete, the top six players (based on wins), advance to the playoffs. The top two players get a bye. So four players play in round 1 of playoffs. Then after round 1, the top two players choose which partner (from winners of round 1) they want for the championship round. Winner of the championship round gets 3 points. Runner up gets 2 points. These points are recorded and displayed on a global leadership board in the website next to each players name. Leadership board should be clickable where you click on a persons name and see the result of their championship match, specifically the scores of their match.
Organizers: Organizers pay a fee to have the ability to create an 8 person pop-up at their pickleball facility. They should also have the ability to create multiple popups at once, in case there are multiple groups of 8.
To become an organizer there should be a page where they signup and pay a fee, in order to become an official organizer. Once they have paid, they should be granted access to create pop-ups. Each pop-up should show facility, location, date, time and skill level.
Players: once an organizer creates a popup, they should be able to invite players. Additionally players should be able to go into a given popup and add their name and contact details. Players should get notification before their match starts. Additionally each popup should have a waiting list for additional players, in the event a scheduled player doesn’t show up.
There needs to be a secure payment system where each player pays a fee (determined by organizer) plus a fee for using the system (determined by website owner). The player should then be able to pay the total fee in order to signup for a selected popup. There should be a button that allows an organizer to refund the money payed by the player, in the event the player had to cancel. At which point a player from the waitlist should be allowed into the popup.
Leadership board: the results of all pop-up championship rounds should funnel into a global leadership board so all players can see their standings. Winning players get 3 points, runner up get 2 points. .Remaining players get zero points. Data on the scoreboard must be secure and backed-up. Data should also be easily retrievable by website owner.
Dashboards: each organizer should have a dashboard showing all their popups. Each player should have a dashboard showing the scores of all their matches. Website owner should have a dashboard that shows all popups being run along with data analytics such as number and results of popups being run by each facility, list of players and how many popups they have played, and each players overall record of win & losses for all matches they played in.
Website should have a help feature that explains how popups work along with contact info to reach website owner.
