Photographer Booking & Subscription Platform

I need a web portal that lets multiple photographers sell their services through two intertwined flows: direct client bookings and paid vendor subscriptions. Each photographer should be able to sign up under a dedicated “Photographer” account, publish packages, sync a live calendar, and accept payments immediately. The same engine must capture reviews after shoots, so future clients can see genuine ratings.

Subscriptions are just as important as bookings. Photographers must choose or upgrade plans, receive automated renewal reminders, and have their access restricted if a payment fails. Stripe or PayPal integration is fine as long as payouts and platform commissions are handled cleanly.

Only two roles are required for launch—Photographer and Admin. Clients can book as guests; I will administer everything else from the “Admin” dashboard, including approving listings, moderating reviews, adjusting commission percentages, and exporting financial reports.

Deliverables
• Mobile-responsive web portal with booking engine, calendar availability display (Google/iCal sync), secure checkout, and post-shoot review capture
• Subscription module covering plan creation, invoicing, upgrades, downgrades, and automated renewals
• Role-based access control limited to Photographer and Admin accounts
• Deployment to my server and concise hand-over notes (setup steps, environment variables, admin guide)

Acceptance criteria will be sign-off on all four deliverables above, full payment flow working in sandbox and live mode, and no critical bugs after one week of production use.
