Photo Contest Webapp Build

I’m launching an online photographic contest and the whole experience needs to revolve around user voting and engagement. Photographers must be able to create an account, upload their shots, and have the community rate each image through a simple star-rating widget. Registration will be mandatory for both submission and voting, so a straightforward sign-up/login flow is essential.

Here’s what I need handed over:

• Responsive web interface that lets users register, upload images (with basic metadata), and cast 1-to-5-star votes.
• Persistent storage of photos, user profiles, and every individual rating, with the average score displayed live next to each entry.
• A real-time leaderboard or gallery view that automatically orders images by their current average stars so visitors instantly see what’s trending.
• Admin area where I can open/close contests, moderate submissions, and export results.

The stack is flexible—feel free to suggest React, Vue, Django, Node, or anything comparable—as long as the final build is clean, secure, and ready to deploy on a standard cloud host. Please include brief setup instructions and any environment variables I’ll need so I can spin it up locally before going live.
