Personal Portfolio Website Development

I need a clean, modern personal portfolio that showcases my work and gives visitors an easy way to reach me. The core of the site is the Projects section—each project should feature an image, short description, and a link or embed for live demos or repositories. A dedicated Contact page with a form (and inline email/phone details) is equally important so future clients can get in touch quickly.

Right now I don’t feel an “About Me” page is essential, but I’m open to your suggestion if you think a short bio could strengthen the narrative. My priority is a smooth, responsive experience across desktop and mobile, with load times kept to a minimum.

Deliverables
• Fully-responsive website built with a straightforward tech stack (React, Next.js, Vue, or a lightweight static-site generator are all fine—pick what you’re fastest and most comfortable with).
• Two core pages: Projects and Contact, wired to a working mail handler or API.
• Source code in a Git repo plus a quick read-me so I can update content later.
• Deployed site (Netlify, Vercel, or my shared hosting) and a brief hand-off call or written guide.

Acceptance criteria
• Projects page lists at least five sample entries I’ll provide, each loading in under two seconds on 4G.
• Contact form successfully delivers messages to my email and shows a success notification.
• No console errors, broken links, or layout shifts on the latest Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, both desktop and mobile.
