Personal Portfolio Website Build

I’m looking for a developer who can build a clean, responsive portfolio website from scratch using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the option to tie in light Python functionality if it simplifies any dynamic features.

Scope
• Structure: The site will be a standalone Website whose primary purpose is a Portfolio.
• Core sections:
– About Me
– Portfolio / Gallery (image and video support)
– Contact Information with a working form routed to my email.
• Look & feel: modern, fast-loading, mobile-first, and easy for me to update later.
• Code quality: well-commented files, neatly organized assets, and clear instructions so I can maintain or expand it.

Deliverables
1. Fully functional front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) packaged and ready to deploy.
2. Optional Python snippets (e.g., simple mail handler or content generator) if they streamline any back-end logic.
3. Source files in a zipped folder plus a brief README explaining file structure and deployment steps.
4. One round of minor revisions after I review the initial build.
