Personal Homecare E-Commerce Website Development

I’m setting up an online store that will focus on personal care and home-care items and need a developer who can take the site from concept to launch. Customers must be able to browse, add to cart, and check out as guests—no mandatory registration—while the site still captures all shipping and payment details in a secure, PCI-compliant flow.

A built-in user review and rating system is essential; shoppers should be able to leave star ratings and written feedback that I can moderate from the back-end. Beyond that, I want a responsive layout, quick load times, clear product categories, search and filters, plus an intuitive admin dashboard where I can upload SKUs, adjust pricing, manage inventory, and fulfil orders.

I’m open on the stack—Shopify, WooCommerce, Laravel, or a React/Node custom build are all fine so long as the solution is scalable and easy to maintain. Please recommend the payment gateway you find most reliable for this market and include basic on-page SEO best practices.
