Personal Coaching Booking Website

I need a web presence that lets prospective and current clients schedule personal-coaching sessions without emailing back and forth. The booking flow is the heart of the site: visitors choose a slot, enter their details, pay if required, and receive immediate confirmation.

A clean, friendly design that mirrors the one-to-one nature of my coaching is important, but usability comes first. I’m happy to follow your guidance on the best stack—WordPress with WooCommerce Bookings, Webflow plus Calendly, a custom React front end, or another route—so long as it delivers:

• A responsive website branded with my colours and photos
• An integrated scheduling system I can manage myself (add, block, or reschedule time slots)
• Real-time calendar updates and email notifications for both coach and client; SMS reminders are a nice-to-have
• Secure payment processing or invoicing, if that’s the smoothest way to confirm a slot
• A concise hand-over guide so I can edit copy, prices, or session lengths without touching code

Automated reminders, Google or Outlook calendar sync, and other quality-of-life touches are welcome if they don’t complicate the user journey—let me know what you recommend.
