I need a secure, user-friendly application that lets our clinic store and manage patient data in one place. The core of the project is patient records management, and the system must include three capabilities from day one: a searchable medical-history database, up-to-date prescription tracking, and an area for integrated lab results.
Role-based access is essential—doctors, nurses, and administrative staff will log in with different permission levels, so please plan for granular controls, session auditing, and straightforward account setup. Although scheduling and billing may be added later, for this phase I want all effort focused on capturing, updating, and retrieving patient records quickly and accurately.
Clean code (any modern web stack is fine), clear documentation, and a short hand-off session are part of the hand-over package. If you’ve built similar HIPAA-compliant or GDPR-aware systems, mention it; that experience will be a plus.
