Password-Protected RSVP Event Site

I’m putting together a small, private microsite for our upcoming anniversary celebration and need it ready to share with guests as soon as possible. The entire site must sit behind a single password so only invitees can view anything or submit an RSVP.

Once inside, guests should land on a clean home page with two buttons—English and Español—so they can switch languages instantly. After selecting their language they’ll see the event details and an RSVP form that captures the following:

• Name(s)
• Email address
• Attendance (Yes / No)
• Optional song request
• Optional notes or dietary needs

When the form is submitted, the guest receives an automatic confirmation email; I’d like to be able to customise that email in both English and Spanish. All RSVPs need to funnel into a table I can download at any time as Excel or open directly in Google Sheets for easy tracking.

I’m flexible on the underlying platform—use whatever you’re most efficient with—but the finished site must:

• Accept the custom images and fonts I’ll provide so the design feels on-brand
• Display perfectly on mobile as well as desktop
• Offer straightforward navigation that even less-tech-savvy relatives can handle
• Connect to a domain of my choosing once we’re ready to go live

Please build with future edits in mind; I’d like basic instructions on how to tweak text or resend confirmations without touching code.
