Part-Time Web3 DeFi Frontend Developer

Job ID: 40613228

Budget: €36 – €0 EUR

I’m assembling a lean engineering team to launch a full-stack DeFi suite on Supra L1 that includes CDPs, liquid-staking, yield vaults and a playful gamified layer. The codebase is already seeded in Next.js with TypeScript and Tailwind, and smart-contract endpoints are available through Supra’s Web3 SDK, so the next step is solidifying the user-facing experience and wiring in contract calls.

You’ll step in for roughly 20 hours each week to:

• Own the front-end flow end-to-end: connect wallets, surface real-time positions, stream yields, and display liquidation alerts – all while keeping the UI light, responsive and accessible.
• Integrate Supra L1’s RPC and subgraph equivalents using familiar Web3 patterns (ethers.js or viem are fine) and write clean React hooks that the rest of the team can reuse.
• Translate Figma screens into production-ready pages with Tailwind, adding subtle animations that support a future rewards-and-achievements layer without sacrificing performance.
• Review pull requests, write unit tests, and document components so additional contributors can slot in easily.

Because every feature ties directly to complex financial logic, I need an expert-level grasp of existing DeFi protocols; you should be comfortable reasoning about collateral ratios, staking derivatives and yield aggregation to spot edge-case failures before they hit production.

Acceptance criteria for each weekly milestone are straightforward: pages match design specs across the latest Chrome, Firefox and mobile Safari, all data displayed is provably accurate via on-chain calls, tests pass in CI, and Lighthouse performance remains >90.

If you thrive on shipping polished Web3 products and enjoy translating intricate tokenomics into intuitive UX, let’s talk and line up the first sprint.
