Parkea Panamá: Mobile App & Web Development

We are looking for an experienced mobile app & web developer/team to build Parkea Panamá, a digital platform that connects parking space owners with drivers looking for safe and convenient parking in urban areas of Panama.

Scope of Work
• Design and develop a mobile application (iOS & Android) and/or responsive web platform
• User registration & authentication (drivers and parking owners)
• Parking space listing (location, availability, pricing, photos)
• Search & map integration (Google Maps or similar)
• Booking & reservation system with time slots
• Secure payment integration (local + international options such as cards / digital wallets)
• Ratings & reviews system
• Admin dashboard for platform management
• Notifications (email / push notifications)

Requirements
• Experience building marketplace platforms or booking apps
• Strong knowledge of mobile app development (Flutter, React Native, Swift, Kotlin, etc.)
• Backend development & database management
• Experience with payment gateways
• Clean, scalable, and well-documented code
• Ability to communicate clearly and provide regular progress updates

Nice to Have
• Experience with location-based apps
• Knowledge of Latin American payment systems
• UI/UX design support

• Business concept validated
• Pitch deck and functional demo available
• Looking for cost estimation, timeline, and development roadmap

To launch a minimum viable product (MVP) and scale the platform across Panama.
