Over the last 3 months, I have been the sole person responsible for designing, developing, and managing the entire digital presence of onlinepaints.in.
Seeing a project go from a blank screen to a high-traffic e-commerce store is incredibly rewarding, but it’s also a massive responsibility. I’ve handled everything from the UX/UI design and full-stack development to the SEO and day-to-day management.

The Founder’s Dilemma :
While I have the digital side under control, managing a startup for a client involves facing "real-world" problems. Currently, the biggest challenge we are facing is Logistics. In the paint industry, delivery is a major pain point—it’s high-cost, heavy, and difficult to manage at scale. As I manage the end-to-end business operations for my client, I’m learning that a perfect website is only half the battle; the supply chain has to be just as efficient.
