PHP Travel Website & Admin panel

I need a fully dynamic tour-and-travel website coded in PHP (no WordPress or other CMS).

Core pages and content include Home, About Us, Blog, Contact Us, plus dedicated sections for sightseeing tours, watersports activities, and the complete catalogue of tour packages. Each package should show details, images, pricing and allow a direct booking. Travellers must also be able to leave public reviews that appear under the relevant package.

Behind the scenes I want a secure admin panel where I can:
• add, edit or remove packages, activities and blog posts
• confirm, cancel or export bookings
• approve or delete customer reviews
• update static page text and images without touching code
