PHP Script UI & Auth Overhaul

I need an urgent yet straightforward refresh of my existing PHP web app, to be completed no later than 1 November. The scope is focused and well-defined:

• UI update – Apply the modern, minimalist look shown in the reference video I’ll provide. This includes layout tweaks, a new colour palette, and smoother navigation flow.
• Phone-number authentication – Replace the current email-based login, sign-up and password-reset logic with a phone-centric system.
• OTP integration – Send and verify one-time passwords for login, account creation, password reset, and withdrawal confirmation.
• Google Authenticator 2FA – Add standard time-based codes as an extra security layer.

I’ll hand over the PHP codebase, database access, and the design walkthrough video immediately after selection. Keep the solution lightweight: just the refreshed interface, functioning phone OTP, and working 2FA—no large-scale refactoring required. Final delivery should include the updated files plus a brief setup note.
