PHP/Osclass Developer to Modernize Marketplace

I am looking for an experienced PHP/Osclass developer to modernize an existing marketplace website built with Osclass 8.3.1 using the Epsilon theme.

This is NOT a rebuild project.

The goal is to improve the existing marketplace while keeping the current architecture, theme, database and licensed plugins.

The website is already live and functional.

Current Platform

Main Scope
1. Homepage & UI Polish

Improve the overall appearance while keeping the existing design.

Tasks include:

homepage polishing
header improvements
spacing and alignment
typography
category icons
listing cards
responsive improvements
footer improvements

2. Search Improvements

Improve the existing search.

Requirements:

search by title
search by description
search by category
search by subcategory
partial keyword matching where possible

Improve the search results page.

Search should remain easily accessible throughout the website.

3. Categories

Improve category navigation.

Requirements:

proper subcategory navigation
improved category pages
category-specific fields

Example:

Vehicle fields should not appear when posting a Phone advertisement.

4. Vehicle Categories

Improve vehicle posting fields.

Tasks include:

more vehicle brands
more models
"Other" option
manual entry where appropriate
5. Locations

Improve location selection.

Requirements:

major PNG cities should appear first
cleaner location selector
better usability

No database restructuring is required.

6. Listing Page

Improve listing presentation.

Tasks include:

better photo gallery
mobile swipe
pinch-to-zoom
full screen images
seller block improvements
contact button improvements
similar listings section

Reuse existing functionality wherever possible.

7. User Dashboard

Improve the appearance and usability of the existing dashboard.

No completely new dashboard should be developed.

8. Footer

Update footer information.

Fix incorrect links.

Remove placeholder content.

Requirements

The developer must:

keep the existing Osclass architecture
keep the Epsilon theme
reuse existing licensed plugins
avoid unnecessary core modifications
keep future update compatibility whenever reasonably possible

Business Stores
Store subscriptions
Online payments
Delivery system
Mobile applications
AI features
React / [login to view URL] rebuild
Laravel rebuild

Business Stores will be developed in a separate future phase.
