PHP Only - Develop a simple user profile listing system where users can register, create their profile, and display it publicly. Visitors should be able to browse profiles and contact users directly through WhatsApp and Payment Integration

I need a lightweight, PHP-only web application that lets visitors sign up, fill out a short public profile, and then appear in a browsable directory. Each profile only needs basic details—name, age, and location—but it must include a “Contact on WhatsApp” button so anyone viewing the page can message the user instantly.

Access to the platform should rely on phone-number verification; email or social logins are out of scope for now. Once verified, the user can add or update their profile, which should go live immediately after submission.

I also want a Razorpay payment step before the “Contact on WhatsApp” button is revealed to a visitor. In other words, the flow is: browse profile → pay via Razorpay → receive the WhatsApp link. A simple admin view that lists transactions and user data will be helpful for moderation.

Please keep the code clean, documented, and built in plain PHP (no frameworks). MySQL for storage is fine, and a minimal amount of HTML/CSS is enough—functionality is the priority.
