PHP MySQL Product Inventory System

I’m looking for a solid PHP + MySQL web application that centralises product inventory across multiple warehouses and keeps every department fully in sync.

Role-based access has to keep sensitive tasks, like cost edits or bulk adjustments, limited to the right people.
