PHP MySQL Product Inventory System

Job ID: 39751982

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

I’m looking for a solid PHP + MySQL web application that centralises product inventory across multiple warehouses and keeps every department fully in sync.

Core features I must see
• Real-time Stock Tracking
• Order Management (sales & purchase)
• Supplier Management
• Warehouse-wise quantity breakdown and reporting

User roles that need distinct dashboards and permissions
• Admin
• Warehouse Manager
• Sales Staff
• Accounts

The flow is straightforward: products arrive from suppliers, get allocated to specific warehouses, and are later committed to sales orders. Each transaction—receipts, transfers, adjustments or dispatches—should instantly update stock levels and be visible in the corresponding reports. Role-based access has to keep sensitive tasks, like cost edits or bulk adjustments, limited to the right people.

Deliverables
• Clean, well-commented PHP code (no frameworks required unless you prefer a lightweight one).
• MySQL schema and seed data scripts.
• Simple, responsive UI with login, dashboards and printable/exportable reports.
• Setup guide so I can install it on a standard LAMP server.

I need a custom inventory management system built in PHP + MySQL with the following features:

Product management (ID, name, part number, serial, QR code)

Stock in/out tracking

Godown/Warehouse tracking

Vendor & customer records

Export to Excel + PDF

QR code generator

Offline support (PWA)

Google Sheets sync for stock tracking

Simple and clean English UI (Bootstrap 5 preferred)

✅ Budget: ₹10,000 (fixed)
✅ Timeline: 5–7 days
✅ Prefer Indian freelancers (Hindi/Gujarati communication is OK)

I already have a ZIP with a base system created using ChatGPT. The developer just needs to:

Improve/refactor code

Add integrations

Deploy locally or to cPanel

If you’ve built something similar or can show modular, testable PHP work, let’s talk timelines and milestones.
