PHP/MySQL Election Site Updates

I'm seeking an experienced PHP/MySQL developer to enhance my election results site. The project involves modifying the existing codebase to add new features and fix bugs.

Key Tasks:
- Add a toggle to the Left Menu on the home page, allowing the user to minimize it as needed.
- Better handling of independent candidates:
- Allowing them to get their own color and Symbol.
- Treating independent voters separately on the popular vote screen.
- Add comparison of data from the previous election based on constituency selection:
- Vote count change
- Winning party flip
- Turnout rate change
- Show change variance and indicate if the constituency has changed political side.
- Fix a bug affecting the dashboard page due to a MySQL option.
- Rename "Votes Verified" to "Count Verified"
- Create a Login Access log
- Add a left side Menu for Summary Screen - Toggled
