PHP Developer Needed for Web App

I am looking for an experienced PHP developer to build a web-based DGShipping-like software for managing maritime training and certification processes.

Key Requirements:

User registration & authentication (students, institutes, admin)

Course & batch management system

Online application & document upload system

Payment gateway integration for fees

Certificate generation & verification system

Reporting & analytics dashboard

Role-based access control (Admin, Institute, Student)


Ideal Skills:

Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Experience with web portals, data management, and secure authentication

Knowledge of payment gateway APIs

Ability to create responsive and user-friendly UI

Understanding of document verification workflows is a plus


Additional Info:
The software should be secure, scalable, and optimized for performance. Previous experience in building educational, government, or compliance-based portals will be an advantage.
