Hi, I’m looking for a developer to build a clean, modern eCommerce-style website for my brand **OzPepLab**.

I’m open to platform recommendations (WordPress, custom build, or other), but I want full control over the website and checkout flow — not Shopify.

* No card payments or payment gateways required
* Checkout via manual payment (bank transfer)
* Customers place an order → receive payment instructions
* Orders remain pending/on hold until I manually confirm payment
* I need to be able to manage and approve orders easily
